*Services Provided

•Saarthii Agent Portal facilitates the booking, cancellation, and refund of train tickets through authorized APIs and partners.
•We act only as a booking facilitator and not as the operator of train services.
•We are not responsible for train delays, cancellations, seat availability, or schedule changes made by Indian Railways.

*User Responsibilities

•You must provide accurate passenger details (name, age, gender, ID proof, etc.) at the time of booking.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•Any misuse, fraudulent booking, or violation of Indian Railways rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

*Payments & Charges

•All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateways (PhonePe or other approved partners).
•Service charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes may apply in addition to ticket fares.
•We do not store sensitive financial information such as debit/credit card details, UPI, or banking credentials.

*Cancellations & Refunds

•Cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by Indian Railways/IRCTC policies.
•Refund processing timelines depend on Indian Railways and the payment gateway.
•Service charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

*Limitation of Liability

•Saarthii Agent Portal shall not be liable for train delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
•We are not responsible for payment failures, downtime, or technical issues.
•We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect details entered by the user.
•Our responsibility is limited solely to facilitating the booking and payment process.

*Use of the Portal

•Users must comply with all Indian Railways/IRCTC rules and guidelines.
•Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the portal may lead to immediate termination of access.

*Privacy Policy

•We collect personal details (such as name, phone number, email, and ID proof) only for booking and communication purposes.
•Your data is handled responsibly and will not be sold or misused.

*Governing Law & Jurisdiction
