Welcome to Frequencyweekly Management Services Private Limited (Saarthii). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms, including our cancellation, refund, and booking policies. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Role of Platform: We act solely as a facilitator for train ticket bookings. The contract of service is between you and the concerned railway. We are not liable for changes/cancellations made by railways.
Railway Authority: Railways may reschedule, cancel, or modify trains without prior notice. We bear no responsibility for losses arising from such changes.
2. Pricing & Payments
Total Cost: Includes base fare, government taxes, and a non-refundable convenience fee. Full payment is required for booking confirmation.
Infant Policy: Children under 24 months (entire itinerary) qualify for infant fares. If the child turns 24 months during travel, a separate child ticket is mandatory.
3. User Responsibilities
Travel Documents: You must carry valid ID proofs (passport, visa, etc.). We are not liable for denied boarding due to missing documents.
Check-In: Follow railway check-in timings (typically 2 hours pre-departure for domestic trains).
Damage Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to train property.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Modifications: Subject to railway policies and our service fees. Charges vary by fare class.
Cancellation: Initiate via your account dashboard or customer care. Fees apply as per railway rules.
No-Show Policy: Missing the onward journey cancels the entire PNR automatically.
5. Refund Policy
Processing: Refunds follow railway policies and may take 7–21 business days. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Denied Boarding: No refunds if boarding is denied due to policy violations (e.g., invalid ID, railway restrictions).
6. Limitations of Liability
Service Quality: We are not liable for train amenities, delays, or service disruptions.
Additional Charges: Baggage fees, peak-season surcharges, etc., must be paid directly to railways.
7. General Provisions
Updates: Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to the laws of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
8. Agent-Specific Terms & Penalties

8.1 Specific Agent Penalties
- Use of Personal IRCTC User ID: ₹20,000 + GST per instance.
- Failure to Enter Passenger Mobile Number: ₹5,000 + GST per instance.
- Failure to Process Passenger Refund: ₹20,000 + GST per instance.
8.2 Unauthorized Access Violations
Examples: Sharing of credentials, selling through unauthorized apps or websites, agency resale, etc.
- Penalty: ₹20,000 + GST per case. RSP ID will be permanently deactivated.
- Legal Action: Serious cases will be reported to Cyber Crime Police and RPF.
8.3 Point of Sale (POS) Fraud
Examples: Overcharging, false TDR claims, delayed/non-refunds, etc.
- ₹20,000 + GST per case.
- Penalty of double the overcharged or withheld amount + taxes.
- Permanent deactivation of RSP ID.
- Referral to RPF in touting-related cases.
8.4 Non-Compliance with Booking/Cancellation Mandates
Examples: Use of multiple personal IDs for booking, benami/fake tickets, unauthorized payments, cancellation without customer consent, etc.
- Penalty: ₹20,000 + GST per case. RSP ID will be permanently deactivated.
- Legal Action: Cases referred to RPF for criminal investigation if found guilty.
8.5 Minor Irregularities
Includes:
- Not displaying IRCTC signboard, charges, or certificate.
- Not issuing a money receipt.
- IRCTC logo misuse.
- Advertisement without prior IRCTC approval.
- Missing passenger mobile number.
Penalties:
- First instance: ₹5,000 + GST and warning.
- Second instance: ₹5,000 + GST and permanent RSP ID deactivation.
