Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Frequencyweekly Management Services Private Limited (Saarthii), we strive to ensure transparency in our refund and cancellation processes. Please review the following terms carefully before booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed as per the policies of the respective railway/service provider.
  • The convenience fee charged by saarthii.co.in is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refund timelines vary by railway but typically take 7–21 business days after approval.

2. Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellations must be initiated via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Partial cancellations (e.g., single passenger in a group booking) may not be permitted by railways.
  • If you miss the onward journey, the entire booking may be auto-canceled by the railway without refund.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Denied boarding due to invalid travel documents (ID, visa, etc.).
  • Railway policy violations (e.g., name mismatch, age discrepancies).
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

4. Limitations of Liability

saarthii.co.in acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not liable for:

  • Railway cancellations, delays, or rescheduling.
  • Incorrect traveler details entered by the user (name, age, etc.).
  • Technical disruptions on our platform, except for refunds of verifiable payment errors.

Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of the booking amount (minus non-refundable fees).

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit a request via My Bookings or email support@saarthii.co.in.
  2. Provide the PNR number and bank details (if refund is to original payment method).
  3. Await confirmation from the railway. Refunds are processed upon their approval.
